Welcome to 999 Motors Marketplace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 999 Motors Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Fixed Pricing Policy

999 Motors strictly enforces a Fixed Pricing Policy. Every vehicle listed on the platform is priced at exactly $999.99. No negotiation, offline price adjustments, or hidden document fees are permitted. Marketplace sellers found attempting to circumvent this policy will be permanently banned from the platform.

3. Automotive Compliance (Used Car Rule)

Sellers acknowledge that they are responsible for complying with the FTC Used Car Rule. This includes providing accurate "Buyers Guide" information. 999 Motors facilitates this by generating standard disclosures in the Bill of Sale, but the ultimate legal responsibility for vehicle condition disclosure rests with the Seller.

4. Truth in Mileage & Odometer Disclosure

Federal law (Truth in Mileage Act) requires accurate odometer disclosure. Sellers must certify current mileage upon listing. Tampering with odometers or providing false readings is a federal offense and will be reported to the relevant authorities (NHTSA).

5. Escrow & Payment Processing

All payments are held in secure escrow. 999 Motors acts as a marketplace facilitator. Funds are only released to the seller upon Buyer Confirmation of receipt or after a specified inspection period without a filed dispute.

6. "As-Is" Sales Warning

Unless explicitly stated otherwise by a dealer seller, all vehicles on 999 Motors are sold "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. The platform's verification check is a baseline for running condition only and does not guarantee longevity or mechanical perfection.

7. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of 999 Motors shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), waiving any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
