Welcome to 999 Autos Marketplace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and applications. By using our platform, you explicitly agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 999 Autos Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Fixed Pricing Policy

999 Autos strictly enforces a Fixed Pricing Policy. Every vehicle listed on the platform is priced at exactly $999.99. No negotiation, offline price adjustments, or hidden document fees are permitted. Marketplace sellers found attempting to circumvent this policy will be permanently banned from the platform.

3. Platform Role (Marketplace Only)

999 Autos Marketplace is a platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. 999 Autos Marketplace is not the seller of record, nor does it take title to any vehicles listed on the platform. We do not inspect, warrant, or guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of any vehicle beyond our baseline verification check.

4. Automotive Compliance & Disclosures

Sellers acknowledge that they are responsible for complying with the FTC Used Car Rule and providing accurate odometer disclosures. 999 Autos facilitates these disclosures, but the ultimate legal responsibility for vehicle condition and paperwork rests with the Seller.

5. "As-Is" Sales & Liability Waiver

ALL VEHICLES ON 999 AUTOS ARE SOLD "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

999 Autos Marketplace, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, sale, or use of any vehicle listed on the platform.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 999 Autos Marketplace, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or any transaction between you and another user.

7. Escrow & Dispute Resolution

All payments are held in secure escrow. 999 Autos acts as a marketplace facilitator. Funds are only released to the seller upon Buyer Confirmation or after a specified inspection period without a filed dispute.

8. Binding Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), waiving any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
