We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. All payments are processed through our secure escrow system to protect both buyers and sellers.

When you purchase a vehicle, your payment is held securely in escrow until you confirm receipt of the vehicle. Once you confirm everything is as expected, funds are released to the seller. This protects both parties and ensures a smooth transaction.

There is no strict deadline. Once you receive the vehicle and verify it matches the listing, you can confirm receipt from your transaction page. Funds are released to the seller shortly after confirmation.

You can cancel and receive a full refund at any time BEFORE you confirm receipt of the vehicle. However, once you confirm receipt at the handover, the transaction is complete and all sales are final.

Yes. Every vehicle on 999 Autos is sold "As-Is" by the seller. Our 999 Certified badge ensures the car runs and has a clean title, but we recommend a thorough inspection during the handover before you confirm receipt.

If the vehicle doesn't match the listing or you are unsatisfied during the handover, DO NOT CONFIRM RECEIPT. Instead, open a dispute immediately from your Dashboard. Our team will mediate to ensure a fair outcome.

Create an account and set up a seller organization. Complete our identity verification, then you can start listing vehicles. You can invite team members and assign roles for efficient management.

Your ride has to run, be where you say it is, and have a clean title. We need at least 5 photos and 1 video of it actually running. Keep it honest — that's how you get the 999 Certified badge.

Usually 1–2 business days. We check the docs, confirm the title, and make sure everything lines up. Once it's 999 Certified, it goes live.

You receive payment once the buyer confirms receipt of the vehicle. This typically happens within 24-48 hours of delivery. Our escrow system ensures secure and timely payments.
